The finals were moved to the city hall and square, and five professional judges conducted on-site tastings and selections. The three pot winners of the three categories were officially announced, namely "Brand Popular Pot" The Magma Chinese Spicy Hotpot Hsinchu Jingguo Store, the "Alley Craftsmanship Hotpot" Old Shenyang Sour Cabbage Hotpot and the "Creative Flavor Hotpot" Lanxiangting Thai Hotpot were also awarded the "Best Popularity Award" for the Six-Door Fashion Hotpot Hsinchu Yanping Store and the "Special Jury Award" Aihua Hotpot, showing the diverse and rich dining characteristics and charm of local cuisine in Hsinchu City.

Mayor Gao Hongan said that this event has planned three categories: "Popular Brand Hot Pot", "Alley Crafted Hot Pot" and "Creative Flavor Hot Pot", covering well-known catering brands, alley shops with deep roots in the community, and unique and creative hot pot dishes. Citizens are invited to vote online to choose the best hot pot in the Wind City. During the event, a hot pot "Eating Gold" discount of RMB 100 per person was also launched to encourage the public to actually visit participating stores and taste the special hot pot dishes, converting online buzz into actual consumption, and further enhance the visibility and business opportunities of local catering stores.

At today's finals, the shortlisted stores from each group brought out their signature pots. From soup base cooking, ingredient matching to flavor presentation, each showed their special skills. The scene was full of aroma and the atmosphere was warm. Gao Hong'an congratulated all the winning stores and thanked the participating businesses and citizens for their enthusiastic participation in bringing good tastes from all over Hsinchu to the stage. Through the enthusiastic response of nearly 140,000 votes, the diverse charm of Fengcheng's food was jointly demonstrated.
