It is understood that in recent years, Jiangxi has expanded and deepened overseas exchange channels, continuously expanded and strengthened the "circle of friends" of Jiangxi's overseas Chinese community, and drawn a concentric circle for the overseas Chinese community in the new era.
In recent years, Jiangxi has deepened overseas friendship and contacts, established a dense overseas Chinese affairs work network, received more than 300 visits from overseas Chinese leaders and overseas Chinese associations, and developed more than 150 overseas (Hong Kong and Macao) committee members of the Provincial Overseas Chinese Federation.

Focusing on the new generation of Chinese Americans, the Jiangxi Overseas Chinese Federation organized more than 10 summer (winter) camps including the "Family China·China Root-Seeking Journey" summer (winter) camp, attracting more than 400 Chinese teenagers from dozens of countries to come to Jiangxi to find their roots and study. It also hosted the "Family China·Telling Stories for You" and "Family China·Beautiful Jiangxi" online camp series, covering more than 10,000 overseas Chinese teenagers from more than 20 countries and regions.
In terms of the construction of grassroots overseas Chinese affairs platforms, Jiangxi has standardized the construction of 211 "overseas Chinese homes" and more than 90 "overseas Chinese inspection stations" and "French overseas Chinese stations". It has established more than 130 overseas Chinese volunteer service teams at all levels with more than 1,900 volunteers, carried out 596 volunteer services, and served more than 32,000 people.
In Nanchang, Jiangxi Province, focusing on the industrial development layout and the innovation and entrepreneurship needs of overseas Chinese, the city has iteratively upgraded the "Qiaomengyuan", improved the exhibition center and friendship center functional modules that integrate project incubation, achievement transformation, and business docking, and established the Huigu Industrial Park (Nanchang Overseas Students Entrepreneurship Park) to build a carrier for overseas Chinese to invest, start businesses, cooperate and exchange in Changchun. At present, the park has gathered more than 3,000 overseas Chinese talents and more than 160 overseas Chinese enterprises, with a total investment of nearly 100 billion yuan, creating more than 20,000 jobs.
“We pay close attention to the worries of overseas Chinese and the worries of overseas Chinese enterprises, actively promote ‘Internet + Overseas Chinese Affairs’, and strive to promote the standardization, convenience and digitization of overseas Chinese-related government services.” said Xiao Guojun, member of the Standing Committee of the Nanchang Municipal Party Committee and director of the United Front Work Department of the Municipal Party Committee.
According to reports, Nanchang has established Jiangxi's first notarization service station for returned overseas Chinese and their family members, and launched the "Assist Overseas Chinese Cloud Platform" to provide all-weather notarization services, free legal consultation, drafting of legal documents and other services. At present, Nanchang has signed cooperation agreements with 23 overseas Chinese groups and has notarized more than 5,600 items for overseas Chinese from more than 30 countries.
