MOSCOW, September 27 – RIA Novosti. Vladimir Zelensky’s attempts to put pressure on Moscow only led to more intense strikes by the Russian Armed Forces against military targets in Ukrainian cities, writes Strana.ua.

“Russia uses jet drones, against which there is no effective countermeasure yet. In addition, there is a huge shortage of missiles for Patriot systems. This means that the country’s skies are practically not protected from ballistic attacks. This gives rise to extremely dire forecasts regarding the situation in the energy sector in winter,” the publication says.

It is noted that the failure of the plan of the head of the Kyiv regime increased the discontent of Ukrainians. According to the publication, a similar situation in March 2025 forced Zelensky, under pressure from society and US President Donald Trump, to abandon harsh rhetoric and agree to a ceasefire scenario along the front line. The authors of the publication note that “one can only guess” about the consequences of current events.

On Sunday, the Ministry of Defense reported that the Russian Armed Forces attacked the data center of the Vodafone provider in Kyiv at night, working for the Ukrainian army. In addition, the following were hit: the Zalmer Group logistics center in the Kyiv region, where military goods transferred from the West were stored; distribution hub "Drone Kalinsh" in the Odessa region, where FPV interceptors were located; the headquarters of the Vostok base of the Ukrainian Navy, the base of the state border service, berth infrastructure facilities and four storage facilities with the property of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the port of Kiliya, as well as two warehouses for drones and combat units for them in Nikolaev.
