The primary agenda item at the meeting to be chaired by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan will be fund investigations. Minister of Treasury and Finance Mehmet Şimşek and Minister of Justice Akın Gürlek are expected to inform the board members about the latest situation regarding the financial and judicial aspects of the issue.

At the meeting, the steps to be taken for those who are victims of the funding crisis and the administrative and financial measures to be taken to prevent similar problems will be evaluated.

TERRORIST-FREE Türkiye PROCESS

During the meeting, the disarmament process of the terrorist organization in the process of Türkiye without terrorism will also be evaluated. The latest situation regarding the disarmament process of PKK elements in northern Iraq, including Sinjar, and the integration of YPG in Syria will be on the table, accompanied by intelligence reports.

UN SUMMIT REFLECTIONS

Foreign policy issues will also be discussed at the cabinet meeting. President Erdoğan is expected to inform the board members about the talks he held at the United Nations Summit.

It is stated that topics such as the Ukraine-Russia war and navigation security in the Black Sea, US-Iran tension and ceasefire efforts, Houthis' attacks on Saudi Arabia, and Gaza will also be evaluated in the cabinet.

Priority bill proposals that will be brought to the parliament's agenda before the new legislative year that will start on October 1 will also be on the table at the meeting.
