On Sunday, official representative of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs Irina Volk said that the father of five children was shot dead in Volgograd during a conflict in a store. Then the Russian Investigative Committee for the Volgograd Region reported that the suspect had been detained and a criminal case had been opened under Part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder) and Part 1 of Article 222 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal possession of firearms).

“Yes, I admit,” the detainee answered in a video published by the department in the channel on the Max platform, when asked by law enforcement officers whether he admits his guilt.
