Iranian Revolutionary Guard: We will not stop punishing America until our seven conditions are met

The spokesman for the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, Brigadier General Hossein Mohebi, said on Saturday that Tehran will not stop “punishing America until the seven Iranian conditions are met,” and claimed that Iran was the one who “won the war,” according to what was reported by the semi-official Iranian Tasnim News Agency.

Brigadier General Hussein Mohebi claimed that "Iranian missiles are capable of destroying multi-layered American defense systems."

He added, "The United States was expecting Iran to surrender after mobilizing its forces in the Gulf, but it faced various resistance from Iran."

He also claimed that "Iran is the victor in the war, and it is currently working to transform this victory into a permanent strategic deterrent force," as quoted by Tasnim Agency.

Brigadier General Hussein Mohebi added that the United States raised the slogan of ensuring the security of maritime navigation, but it failed in this field during the recent war.

He added that the United States, despite having the largest naval power in the world, was unable to even keep the Strait of Hormuz open for a few hours.

Brigadier General Hussein Mohebi continued, “Washington claims that the Strait of Hormuz is open to avoid high oil prices, but control over it lies with the naval forces of the Revolutionary Guard.”

The Revolutionary Guard spokesman explained that, “Before the war, dozens of ships, or even more than 100 ships daily, crossed the strait, but now only oil tankers belonging to Iran’s trading partners are allowed to cross, with permission from Tehran,” he said.

The Secretary of the Iranian Supreme National Security Council, Major General Mohsen Rezaei, recently said that Tehran had set 7 basic conditions for the US government as a prerequisite for starting any negotiations, and stated that US President Donald Trump’s calculations regarding the war were “wrong.”

He said that among Tehran's conditions were "ending the war on all fronts, releasing frozen Iranian assets, and ending the naval blockade."

This came as US President Donald Trump published, on Saturday, a map of the Gulf region and the Strait of Hormuz, calling it “Trump Strait,” in a blog post on his official account on his “Truth Social” platform.

Trump drew a circle surrounding the Strait of Hormuz, which included the islands located within the Strait area, and also included the coasts of Iran and the coasts of the United Arab Emirates, and the Gulf states appeared in it, with the exception of Qatar and Bahrain.
