The whole park was packed with happy people, and laughter burst out.
This year's event has the theme of "Trick-or-treating with Aunt Shujun all day long." The little trick-or-treaters set out from the skating rink of Linkou Sports Park and "trick-or-treated" along Wenhua 2nd Road, Renai Road, Wenhua 3rd Road, and Siwei Road 1st. They collected points and stamps along the way. If they collected enough points, they could exchange them for gashapon tokens.
Nearly 40 parent-teacher associations from various primary and secondary schools in the Linkou area and stores along the road participated in the event and warmly entertained the children in disguise. Dongsen Cultural Foundation, Linkou Branch, Linkou Volunteers and the National Sports University also co-organized the parade, making the parade lively and safe.
Cai Shujun also transformed into a playful "McDonald's Sister", wearing a red hat and a yellow-red uniform. She took the stage and waved enthusiastically to interact with the public. The look was so lifelike that many people even came forward to order food from the "McDonald's Aunt" without even recognizing her as Aunt Shujun. When they found out the truth, they burst into laughter, and friends of all ages rushed to take photos with her. Cai Shujun said that this is the fifth year of the event. This year, more than 10,000 people participated. Seeing so many parents and children coming together and everyone having so much fun is our biggest motivation to continue hosting it.
