The incident took place last night at the entrance of an apartment building located on Mamak Street in Bahçeleriçi District of Mamak district. Allegedly, neighborhood headman B.K. learned that his 19-year-old daughter Elif Kesen, who left home about a month ago, was in a relationship with and living together with 53-year-old Ercan Oruç, who is married.

B.K. went to the house where his daughter lived. A fight broke out between him and Oruç. When the fight escalated, father B.K. He shot his daughter and her boyfriend with his gun. Upon the notice of the surrounding people, police and medical teams were dispatched to the area. The bodies of Oruç and Kesen, who were determined to have lost their lives, were taken to the Forensic Medicine Institute for autopsy after the work at the scene. The attacker B.K. He surrendered to the police and was taken into custody.

It was learned that Oruç's wife, who worked as a hairdresser in the same shop with him, left Oruç and separated her house after learning about the relationship. It was reported that Kesen, who passed away, worked in a market. On the other hand, Oruç's relatives and his wife stated that they did not want to talk about the issue. It was stated that it would become clear whether Kesen was pregnant or not after the autopsy.

Kaan Taştan, one of the tradesmen who spoke about the incident, said:

"I heard gunshots. I went outside to understand what happened. I encountered the attacker. He had a gun in his hand. He said to me, 'Don't get involved, it's an honor killing. I have cleared my honor. Now I am going to surrender.' Then he started walking forward. I came to the scene of the incident. A man and a woman were lying in blood. The man was motionless. The woman could move a little. We called the medical teams. At that time, the woman also died. The woman's father came and killed them both. This is the dead man. "The man was living in this house with the woman. His father could not accept this situation and it is said that the woman was pregnant."

Ebubekir Aydın, one of the neighbors, said, "I heard a few gunshots. They said someone had been killed. When I arrived, I saw the man and the woman side by side on the ground.
