남포농협은 청년농 중심의 공동작업단을 운영하며 경운부터 수확까지 전 과정을 대행하고 있다. 이를 통해 유류비는 25% 절감하고 하루 작업량은 50%가량 늘었다고 농식품부는 전했다.
