謝金河表示，台股巿首推進到170兆台幣，約5.3兆美元，已經是全球第四大股市，這也是交易所董事長林修銘說的台灣終於坐上主桌。台股市值變大，很多企業也跟著轉大人。

謝金河分析，台積電市值現在是全球第6大企業，市值超過2兆美元，今年台積電上半年淨利1.279兆台幣，全年可能達到3兆台幣，以今年Amazon資本支出2200億美元，Google2050億美元，微軟1900億美元，Meta1445億美元來看，台積電的5000億美元，如果扣除已經投資的2650億美元，其實也沒有那麼可怕！只是投資建廠不能隨便喊喊，最後仍待台積電衡量市場供需謹慎評估。

謝金河提到，台灣今年除了台積電，聯發科也正在力爭上游，過去聯發科只是高通的一個不起眼競爭者，如今聯發科已經拉開領先高通的差距，這次輝達全資以35億美元拿下聯發科的可轉債，這是聯發科走向世界重要的一步！再下一步，聯發科可能超越阿里巴巴。十幾年前馬雲不可一世，現在回頭看，聯發科快要追上阿里巴巴了！

謝金河說明，到目前為止，聯發科是全球排名67的大型企業，市場值2490億美元，聯發科市值超過英國AZ、德國西門子、SAP、日本的軟體銀行、瑞士的雀巢，這是很難想像的事。

謝金河也指出，最近台泥併購烏克蘭水泥公司，華邦電斥資11.2億美元買下英飛凌Nor Flash廠，Amazon拿出15.89億台幣參加金像電私募。愈來愈多的國際企業來台灣鎖產能，台灣兆元級、乘風破浪的企業會愈來愈多！
