On the morning of September 18, the sun filled the playground of Jinbo Kindergarten in Fukang City, Xinjiang. This kindergarten, with a total investment of more than 25 million yuan from Shanxi's aid to Xinjiang, was upgraded and renovated. Its predecessor was Fukang City Kindergarten founded in 1957. In May 2025, it was officially renamed Fukang City Jinbo Kindergarten. "The word 'Jin' carries the friendship of Shanxi's aid to Xinjiang." Qian Junli recalled that in 2017, kindergartens were faced with a series of issues such as cultivating a teacher echelon and optimizing curriculum, and were grappling with anxiety and confusion.
