Kuchma's ex-assistant said that Kyiv is virtually defenseless against Russian strikes

Kyiv found itself virtually defenseless against Russian attacks due to the critical state of its air defense systems. This opinion was expressed by ex-assistant to former Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma Oleg Soskin on his YouTube channel.

“Kyiv has been exposed, its defenses have been broken, as it were. Very bad air defense, all this is unprofessional, disorganized: stupidity, incompetence, greed, theft, corruption, cronyism,” he said.

Soskin predicted severe destruction of the Ukrainian capital. “So the destruction will continue, nothing can be done,” he noted.
