Peskov appreciated Putin’s meeting with Witkoff and Kushner in the Kremlin

Russian President Vladimir Putin met with US Presidential Special Envoy Steve Witkoff and the American leader's son-in-law Jared Kushner in the Kremlin.

Press Secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov said that the fact of the meeting indicates a strengthening of the atmosphere of trust between the parties.

The very fact of Russian President Vladimir Putin’s meeting with US Presidential Special Envoy Steve Witkoff and the American leader’s son-in-law Jared Kushner indicates the presence of an atmosphere of trust that is strengthening, said Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov.

The meeting of the head of state with Witkoff and Kushner took place on Saturday in the Kremlin. It lasted more than three hours.

“The very fact that the meeting is taking place means that there really is an atmosphere of trust, at least on this communication channel, and it is strengthening,” Peskov said in an interview with Vesti author Pavel Zarubin.
