Гособвинение в ходе прений запросило создателю "Масяни" иноагенту Олегу Куваеву* наказание по делу об уклонении от обязанностей иноагента и публичных призывах к действиям против государства в виде пяти лет 11 месяцев лишения свободы, сообщили РИА Новости в объединенной пресс-службе судов Петербурга.

"Гособвинитель в прениях запросил для Куваева* пять лет и 11 месяцев лишения свободы, штраф в размере 290 тысяч рублей и запрет на пять лет заниматься деятельностью, связанной с администрированием интернет-ресурсов", - сказала собеседница агентства.

Как сообщала пресс-служба судов города, Куваев* обвиняется в совершении преступлений, предусмотренных пунктом "в" части 2 статьи 280.4 (публичные призывы к осуществлению деятельности, направленной против безопасности Российской Федерации) УК РФ, а также частью 2 статьи 330.1 (нарушение порядка деятельности иноагента) УК РФ.

Обвинение полагает, что не позднее 14.07.2023 Куваев* за пределами Российской Федерации разместил на публичном канале видеозапись, демонстрирующую идеологическую ненависть и вражду к действующей российской власти и ее должностным лицам, переходящую в ненависть Куваева* к СВО. В пресс-службе судов добавили, что, по данным обвинения, видеозапись также включает пропаганду идеи в виде призывов, направленных против безопасности Российской Федерации.

Отмечается также, что Куваев* в 2023-2024 годах не предоставил отчет об иностранных источниках, объеме денежных средств и иного имущества, полученных от этих источников. Таким образом, Куваев* уклонился от исполнения обязанностей, предусмотренных законодательством Российской Федерации об иностранных агентах, то есть нарушил порядок деятельности иностранного агента.
