Legislator Gao Jin Sumei's chief accountant Zhang Junjie broke his electronic bracelet and absconded. He paid a 10 million yuan bail and was ruled confiscated. The prosecutors investigated and found that Zhang changed clothes and changed vehicles during his escape to create a breaking point, and the responder did not know Zhang at all.
