"Некоторые западные лидеры сформировали представление об угрозах и атмосферу страха, которые они хотят поддерживать ради сохранения собственного авторитета и оправдания своих политических целей. Другие из солидарности не хотят публично отмежевываться от своих коллег. Вместе они создают ситуацию опасной нестабильности", - сказал Картайзер.

Ранее издание Politico сообщило со ссылкой на европейских дипломатов и чиновников, что постоянные представители стран Евросоюза начали в закрытом формате обсуждать подготовку к воображаемой масштабной гибридной атаке, способной якобы привести к многочисленным человеческим жертвам.

По информации издания, соответствующие обсуждения проходят на закрытых заседаниях постпредов стран ЕС без мобильных телефонов и помощников.
