The Israeli army raises its readiness to confront Iran amid fears of a shortage of ammunition

According to what the Jerusalem Post newspaper quoted officials as saying, the Israeli army will raise its level of preparedness for the worst scenarios, including the resumption of strikes against Iran in all fields, from intelligence, weapons purchases, and interceptor production, to developing the target bank and the readiness of the Air Force for defensive and offensive operations, at a time when ambiguity still surrounds the ability of the United States to deter countries that support the Iranian regime through oil trade, financial transfers, and raw materials.

Security officials confirmed that without firm decisions and strict American enforcement, President Trump will not achieve the desired result, warning that the Israeli defense establishment fears its inability to carry out rapid purchases of basic munitions for high-intensity warfare, as well as the purchase of fighter aircraft squadrons and advanced systems, in the event that the government does not intervene and pass rapid legislation to increase the budget deficit, with additional discussions being held between the army and the Ministries of Defense and Finance early next week.

In a direct response to the US sanctions, which Trump described as “Victory Day,” the spokesman for the Iranian Revolutionary Guard sent a threatening message, stressing that Iran will use more destructive weapons if the war resumes, indicating that the warheads used in Iranian missiles will be completely different in every aspect than before, in a verbal escalation that reflects Tehran’s readiness for a broader confrontation.
