Lu Xiuyan said that Expressway No. 74 was fought for by her as a provincial councilor and legislator. After it was opened to traffic, it was convenient and fast, so the traffic volume became larger and larger. Lu Xiuyan said that in order to avoid traffic jams, the Taichung City Government Transportation Bureau has carried out many optimizations, such as building additional entrance and exit ramps and ramps. Lu Xiuyan said that the second ring is the elevated highway, which can be used by using the existing national highways such as National 1 and 3. With the expansion of the city, the second ring and even the third ring can be gradually built, but this will not be completed all at once. The No. 74 expressway is also gradually constructed.
