Nearly 800 people attended the reception, including former French Prime Minister Raffarin, former Chairman of the Constitutional Committee Fabius, former Foreign Minister Le Drian, former Interior Minister Castaner, leader of the French party "Unyielding France" Mélenchon, Chinese Government Friendship Award winner Jacques Gang and other people from all walks of life, envoys to France, overseas Chinese in France, representatives of Chinese-funded institutions and international students.

Deng Li said in his speech that over the past 77 years, the Communist Party of China has led the people to unswervingly follow the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics and comprehensively promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese-style modernization. In the past year, we effectively responded to changes in the external environment, continued the overall stable, new and excellent development trend, and gained an eye-catching "report card". While China continues to advance its own modernization, it is creating more opportunities for the world, and the concept of building a community with a shared future for mankind has increasingly become an international consensus.

Deng Li said that China and France should shoulder the responsibility of the times and make correct choices that can stand the test of practice and history.
