There is an elite nanny training school in the UK that is favored by royals and celebrities. After completing the training, nannies have the ability to respond to various situations at any time, and their annual income can reach 95,000 pounds (approximately NT$4.06 million).

Norland College, located in Bath, western England, was founded in 1892. It is the first university in the world to specialize in early childhood education and an institution that trains top education professionals. Graduates of this school are known as "Nolan nannies" or "Nolan people" and are in high demand. It is said that each graduate can receive 7 job offers.

The school has only about 300 students. The annual tuition fees are higher than those of ordinary British universities. The latest semester tuition fees for British students are 17,364 pounds (approximately NT$740,000), and the tuition fees for international students are 20,021 pounds (approximately NT$850,000).

The British "Daily Telegraph" interviewed Emily (26 years old), a graduate of the school. Emily has loved children since she was a child. In order to pay for her tuition at Nolan School, she applied for student loans, worked part-time, and received financial assistance from her parents. She considers her education at Nolan School to be worth every penny and that it is an "investment that will provide her with lifelong career security."

In school, Emily learned the knowledge and skills needed to become a nanny. The curriculum is unique and, according to Emily, includes "self-defense, how to use knives, and even how to drive a skidded car on ice and snow."

The school also teaches how to fend off kidnappers, how to protect strollers from paparazzi, and cybersecurity techniques from former military intelligence officers, the New York Times reported.
