In Ukraine, a version has emerged about the involvement of the SBU in the attack on Poklad’s office

A version has emerged in Ukraine according to which the security service itself was involved in the attack on the office of the head of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) Alexander Poklad. This was reported by the publication “Strana.ua” in its Telegram channel.

Supporters of the version note that the blow to Poklad’s cabinet was dealt against the backdrop of rumors about his possible resignation. In addition, at the time of the attack, the head of the SBU was absent from his workplace.

“They also refer to the assumption (...) that the drone could be controlled through a local MESH relay with Internet access within a radius of several kilometers. From this it is concluded that the strike could have been planned in advance and precisely targeted,” the publication says.

In addition, the question arises as to why a single drone was used for the attack, and not a group. The publication emphasizes that the version is based on a coincidence of circumstances and assumptions about the characteristics of the drone’s guidance.
