Gorzów police detained a wanted 38-year-old man and his friend with drugs

Gorzów police officers, together with officers from the Department for Combating Drug Crime, determined the whereabouts of the wanted 38-year-old man. The man did not report to prison to serve a sentence of more than a year of imprisonment.

It was also determined that the man may have drugs on him. Counter-terrorists from Gorzów Wielkopolski took part in catching the criminal. The arrest took place on Tuesday, September 1. After forcefully entering one of the apartments in Gorzów, it turned out that the 38-year-old was not alone. He was accompanied by a friend who was 7 years younger than him.

Amphetamine, marijuana and other substances that the services have doubts about are legal were seized at the scene. Both men were arrested and charged with possession of a significant amount of drugs. They face up to 10 years in prison.

According to the Gorzów police, the 31-year-old was placed under surveillance, while the wanted 38-year-old was taken to prison, where he will serve a sentence for abuse and threats.
