MOSCOW, September 30 - RIA Novosti. Diplomats are trying to remind hotheads in Europe the fundamental documents of the Russian Federation in response to rabid statements regarding Kaliningrad, said Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov.

“You and I have repeatedly heard statements from Poland and other European countries, quite rabid statements, which also touched on the topic of Kaliningrad,” Peskov told reporters, answering the question of how one can comment on the reaction of a number of Russian embassies in Europe to reports of a possible blockade of Kaliningrad by NATO countries.

“Therefore, it is completely natural that our diplomats are trying to remind hotheads in Europe of our policy documents on this matter,” he added.
