“请各位旅客保管好随身财物,看管好随行老人小孩,注意出行安全……”国庆假期第一天,深圳北站站台上拎箱背包的旅客摩肩接踵,一拨拨涌入开往香港西九龙站的G5617次列车车厢。深圳铁路公安处乘警支队“鹏乘枫警”女子乘警组组长王瑶,纤瘦的身躯穿过拥挤的过道,在熙攘人流中来回穿梭巡查。
这个假期,她同往常一样坚守值乘一线,和组员们穿梭在广深港高铁、厦深高铁、赣深高铁、广汕高铁等多条热门线路上,以细致温情守护跨境旅客的平安旅途。

在封闭拥挤的车厢里,座椅调节碰洒随身物品、手机外放噪音扰民、生活习惯、文化差异引发摩擦,是乘警值乘时最常遇到的情况。特别是跨境列车上还有不少港澳、外籍旅客。维护车厢秩序、保障温馨旅途,成了女子乘警组日常工作的重要课题。
“为了把各类矛盾纠纷消解在萌芽状态,我们会提前做好防范,依靠安全教育、宣传引导、柔性执法,让旅客们能真正享受旅途。”在组员杨竞的执勤包里,常年备着糖果、茶叶、一次性纸杯这些不起眼的小物件,这是她作为母亲,从生活中摸索出、并运用到工作上的小妙招。在近日值乘的C7187次列车车厢内有一名年幼孩童不停哭闹,随行老人百般安抚无果,眼见周边旅客已有不满,杨竞变魔术般掏出一根棒棒糖,瞬间吸引了孩子的注意力,一场潜在的纠纷也悄然化解。
