He pointed out that in conjunction with the implementation of the "Resource Recycling Promotion Law", the government will give priority to purchasing recycled products and encourage private enterprises to invest in recycling procurement. Jin Liancheng is one of only seven legal waste lead-acid battery recycling plants in Taiwan. This time it has taken the lead in improving the production line and completed the desulfurization process production line upgrade in a few months. Looking at the new European battery law, the lead material recycling rate will reach 90% in 2027. The EU supports high recycling rates, compliance and traceability policies, which can open up a wider new market in the medium and long term.

Chen Junming also said that this year, he entered the UPS supply chain of global semiconductor wafer manufacturers. The continuous power batteries of the wafer factory are replaced every two years, and the recycling threshold is high. The initial annual processing capacity is about 400 tons. In conjunction with the expansion of the electric furnace of subsidiary Fuyunpeng in the fourth quarter, the overall business volume will grow in line with the development of domestic semiconductors.
