Passenger plane pilot did not survive attack on Saudi Arabian airport

The pilot of a Saudia Airlines plane did not survive a missile attack on King Khaled Airport in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia). Arab News reports this.

In total, three people became victims of the missile attack on the air harbor, including the pilot of the passenger flight. It is clarified that the airline confirmed this in an official statement. The pilot's name was Hamoud Ali Al-Kaltami. The airline expressed condolences to his family and loved ones.

“As a result of the tragedy, one of the company’s aircraft, which was on the ground at the airport, was also damaged. There were no passengers on board the plane at the time of the incident,” Saudia Airlines said.
