Firefighters rescued seven people, including two children, from a burning house in Vladivostok

Firefighters in Primorye rescued seven people, including two children, from a burning nine-story building on Kalinina Street in Vladivostok.

Rescuers carried the injured 59-year-old man out of the burning apartment and handed him over to emergency doctors.

Firefighters in Primorye rescued seven people, including two children, by taking them out of a nine-story apartment building on Kalinina Street in Vladivostok, where an apartment caught fire, the regional Main Directorate of the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry reported.

“There was a report of a fire in a nine-story apartment building on Kalinin Street... The gas and smoke control service, with the help of rescue devices, removed six people, including two children, from the apartments above,” the department’s channel on the Max platform says.

As the regional head office of the Ministry of Emergency Situations clarified, rescuers also carried the injured 59-year-old man out of the burning apartment, who was subsequently handed over to emergency doctors.
