The village was cut off from water and electricity, and more than 100 households were trapped. There are branches and debris hidden under the water, making rescue risky. Wang Shiyong said that a rubber boat was punctured by an underwater branch in the morning, and the team members continued to participate in the rescue after emergency treatment.

As night fell, in Minhou Nanyu, Shangjie and other places, rescue workers shuttled between flooded village roads in boats and went door to door to distribute emergency supplies to ensure the basic life of the trapped people.

The Minhou County Meteorological Observatory upgraded and issued "Heavy Rain Warning Level I". The County Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters launched the Level II emergency response for heavy rain at 8:00 on the 3rd.
