Revenue in the first three quarters was 742.26 billion yuan, an annual increase of 42.77%, both new records.

Inventec shipped 1.8 million notebook computers in September, a monthly increase of 20% and an annual decrease of 5.3%. In the third quarter, notebook computer shipments were 4.9 million units, a quarterly decrease of 9.25% and an annual decrease of 12.5%. Management said today that the fourth quarter is expected to be revised downward again, and is expected to be a high single-digit recession. Although shipments have declined, revenue has increased due to the high prices of key components.

Inventec mentioned that demand for its server business has been growing steadily and has performed strongly. Revenue in the third quarter was mainly supported by the server business, which made up for the decline in notebook computer shipments.
