The leading regions of Russia in terms of road quality have been named

Moscow, the Perm Territory and the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug are leaders among regions in the quality of regional and intermunicipal roads.

On average in Russia, the share of regional and intermunicipal roads that meet regulatory requirements is 58.1%.

The share of the road network of urban agglomerations in standard condition on average across the country increased from 60.8% to 86.1% over the period from 2021 to 2025.

MOSCOW, October 11 - RIA Novosti. Moscow, the Perm Territory and the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug are leaders among regions in the quality of regional and intermunicipal roads, the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI) told RIA Novosti.

ASI conducted a large-scale study and prepared a report on changes in health care, education, infrastructure and the urban environment. It is based on the results of the National Quality of Life Rating, which the Agency compiles annually on behalf of Russian President Vladimir Putin. Experts analyzed data for the period from 2021 to 2025.

According to the results of the study, which are available to RIA Novosti, the share of regional and intermunicipal roads that meet regulatory requirements in Russia on average is 58.1%. The highest values ​​were noted in Moscow, the Perm Territory and the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug - an average of 94.4%.

In Russia, in 2021-2025, the share of roads that meet regulatory requirements increased from 46.1 to 58.1%.
