The United Russia party won 60.09% of the votes in the elections to the State Duma of the Russian Federation in the Amur region, followed by the Communist Party of the Russian Federation with 13.62% and the Liberal Democratic Party with 10.46%, the regional election commission reported.

The remaining parties scored less than 2%.

In the single-mandate constituency, the candidate from the United Russia party, Vyacheslav Loginov, received the majority of votes; he won 54.32% of voters (175,214 people), the report clarifies.

Turnout, according to the election commission, reached 56.25%; more than 340 thousand residents of the region cast their votes.
