On the 3rd, Incheon Namdong Police Station arrested Mr. A, in his 30s, on charges of violating the law on the punishment of preliminary murder and stalking crimes.

Mr. A is accused of going to the home of his ex-girlfriend, Mr. B's older sister, at around 11 a.m. on the 31st of last month with a weapon to kill her.

It was confirmed that after breaking up with Mr. B, he sent a threatening text message to Mr. B's older sister, whom he had previously known, saying, "I will make you unhappy."

The police received a report of stalking the day before the crime and administered emergency measures No. 1 (prohibiting access within 100 meters) and No. 2 (prohibiting access using telecommunications) to Mr. A, but Mr. A committed the crime the next day.
