During the keynote speech session, Dr. Kirida Bhaopichitr, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Commerce of Thailand and former senior economist at the Thailand Development Research Institute, shared the experience and development path of digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises based on the practice in Thailand and Southeast Asia. She said that Thailand is helping small and medium-sized enterprises expand into the Chinese market through e-commerce platforms. She emphasized that the development of small and medium-sized enterprises and digital transformation need to be promoted simultaneously, and ASEAN-China cooperation should focus on balanced development, achieve mutual benefit and win-win results, and jointly build an inclusive and interconnected digital economic ecosystem.

During the event, the Guangzhou Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Research Institute officially released the "Asia-Pacific Small and Medium Enterprises Digital Intelligence Cooperation Initiative", calling on all walks of life in the Asia-Pacific region to work together to build an open, fair, inclusive, and inclusive digital intelligence service ecosystem to help more small and medium-sized enterprises bridge the digital divide and share development dividends.
