Large-scale campus job fairs are held in Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Inner Mongolia and Xinjiang, providing tens of thousands of jobs

Yesterday, the 2026 Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, and Inner Mongolia Trade Union Employment Collaboration Campus Job Fair was held at Inner Mongolia University. 729 companies from four places provide a total of 19,400 positions, building a cross-regional employment docking platform for various job seekers.

This job fair is co-sponsored by the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Federation of Trade Unions and the Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei federations of trade unions. Adopting the "offline + online + live broadcast" three-dimensional linkage model, the offline venue has multiple functional areas such as corporate recruitment, entrepreneurship services, and employment services to provide job seekers with one-stop employment services such as job negotiation and entrepreneurship guidance. Participating companies cover multiple industries such as electric power, green agricultural and livestock product processing, and finance. The positions are mainly targeted at job seekers such as college graduates, unemployed workers, new employment groups, migrant workers, and family members of employees in need.

On September 18, the 2026 National City Joint Recruitment of College Graduates and Xinjiang Autumn Recruitment Conference was launched. A total of 1,549 employers were organized to participate in the conference, providing a total of 39,700 jobs.

The job fair will be held in a "main venue + branch venue" format. At the main venue in Urumqi, more than 500 employers conducted on-site recruitment, providing 19,000 jobs, covering fields such as energy and chemical industry, cultural tourism, new energy, new materials, and digital economy, attracting more than 21,000 participants. At the same time, 12 sub-venues were held simultaneously in Xinjiang to provide graduates with diverse employment channels.

For the first time, this job fair has set up a caring recruitment area to develop suitable positions specifically for disabled graduates. It has also set up an employment service area for unemployed graduates who have left school for the first time, providing on-site job search registration, policy explanations, job matching and other services.
