During the accident handling process, the police conducted a breathalyzer test on Mr. A and confirmed that his blood alcohol content level was equivalent to license revocation.

If drunk driving is detected, the police must take on-site safety measures to prevent the driver from driving again, such as calling a third party who can drive, such as a designated driver or family member, or keeping the vehicle keys at the police station.
