He said that Ke Zhien even co-signed the bill of the same party legislator Luo Mingcai's "Universal Distribution of National Assistance Fund of 10,000" and hoped that "the implementation will be completed this year." If Ke Zhien supports both KMT's universal assistance bills, wouldn't it mean "an increase of 30,000 this year and a general disbursement of 40,000 within six months?"
