PERM, September 23 - RIA Novosti. One victim of a gas explosion in the village of Poedugi, Perm Territory, died in hospital, two children are in extremely serious condition, and two more adults are in moderate condition, the regional Ministry of Health told RIA Novosti.

In the village of Poedugi in the Suksunsky district of the Perm Territory, on September 19, in the afternoon, a gas cylinder exploded in the local area. Five people were injured, including two small children. The Investigative Committee opened a case of causing grievous bodily harm by negligence.

“Unfortunately, one victim, despite the efforts of doctors, died in hospital yesterday. Four more victims continue to be treated in hospital. Two adults are in moderate condition, two children are in extremely serious condition,” the department said.
