Scammers sell tickets to Kanye West concerts in Russia for cryptocurrency or ask to transfer money for a ticket via phone number - the cost of one reaches 6.2 million rubles, the F6 company told RIA Novosti.

Earlier in August, the Say Agency RIA Novosti concert agency reported that American rapper Kanye West would come to Russia and give two concerts at the Gazprom Arena in St. Petersburg on October 10 and 11.

“Some offer to choose any place and pay for tickets with cryptocurrency or transfer money by phone number - the cost ranges from 28 thousand to 6.2 million rubles,” says the company’s research.

In addition, the message warns that some resources promise to sell tickets for Kanye West’s concerts in Moscow, although both performances are planned in St. Petersburg. “If you click on the “Buy a ticket” button, the user is redirected to the website of an illegal casino,” they added.

According to experts, other sites offer to choose any seat in the stadium, because all seats are marked as free, and when purchasing a ticket after entering your email and username, it offers to pay in cryptocurrency.

F6 specialists also discovered at least 7 bots on Telegram related to the topic of selling tickets to Kanye West concerts. Thus, one of them offered to choose seats at the stadium, and after selecting tickets and entering contact information, he demanded that payment be made by phone number.
