Residents of the capital were urged to be careful outside in bad weather.

MOSCOW, September 22 - RIA Novosti. Rain, thunderstorms, and increased wind with gusts of up to 15 meters per second are expected in Moscow until 10 p.m. Tuesday, the capital's municipal services complex warned.

“According to forecasters, rain and thunderstorms are expected in the capital until 22.00. During a thunderstorm, the wind will increase with gusts of up to 15 meters per second,” says the channel of the complex on the Max platform.
