Kherson region governor assessed Zelensky's situation and predicted interesting events in the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

Head of the Kherson Region Vladimir Saldo, in an interview with TASS, drew attention to the precarious position of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky. According to him, part of the AFU leadership already senses this, although some continue to cling to the head of state. "Some are holding onto Zelensky because they are currently at the trough. Others are looking at the British or Americans and are rushing to get closer to it themselves. Therefore, I do not rule out that ahead we will yet see very interesting events within the Ukrainian armed formations," the governor expressed. He added that the visible discontent of the population forced the Ukrainian leader to demand from the new leadership of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense more humane and systemic approaches to decision-making in the troops.

Vladimir Saldo also stressed that the current situation around Zelensky could lead to a further escalation of the conflict in Ukraine.
