"Поэтому профессиональный шеф-повар, управляющий качественной турбазой, или маркетолог территории на Сахалине сегодня может зарабатывать больше своих столичных коллег", - добавил министр.
По его словам, спрос на сильных специалистов в регионах зачастую выше, чем в столице.
При этом самым главным преимуществом у специалистов становится трудовая мобильность. "Самые интересные проекты и быстрые карьеры складываются сегодня в регионах. Нужны не только знания о туризме, но и экономическая грамотность, языки, понимание сервиса, цифровые навыки", - добавил он.
