In May this year, a mountaineering team from the Andong Army, a high-climbing team, temporarily stayed at Tianchi Mountain Villa. Without application, a 50% handling fee was added, and the entire team was suspended for one year. One mountaineer complained of back pain and made an emergency landing, seeking to have the suspension revoked. Recently, someone posted a clarification statement on behalf of the mountaineer, stating that the Forestry Protection Bureau has revoked the suspension. The Nantou Branch of the Forestry Protection Bureau confirmed that the mountain friend had attached a diagnostic certificate, reviewed and determined the reason for his emergency evacuation, and revoked the suspension.

The Nantou Branch of the Forestry and Forestry Bureau confirmed that two members of the mountaineering team checked into Tianchi Villa without application on May 25. Since the parties involved had no obvious trauma, the on-site management staff followed the regulations and charged a 50% on-site handling fee and suspended their rights. The procedures complied with established standards.

The party concerned subsequently filed a complaint and supplemented the diagnosis certificate issued by the medical institution (statement of sudden acute severe pain). After considering that the sudden severe pain in the high mountain environment did cause immediate safety risks such as hypothermia or falling off a cliff, and that there was a substantial need for medical evacuation to stay overnight, the suspension was revoked in mid-June.
