The North District Healthy City Promotion Association, which is composed of the North District Office as the core, promotes a number of national first and characteristic policies with "health, friendliness, and sustainability" as its core. It has passed the associate membership of the Western Pacific Healthy Cities Alliance and is the first regional organization in Tainan to obtain this honor. In 2021, the North District Office won the Excellence Award in the Healthy City and Age-Friendly City Township and Urban Group with the theme "Live happily and securely in Fucheng, and the elderly live happily in North District". Pan Baoshu pointed out that in recent years, the facilities of the administrative district have been enriched, and in terms of hardware, they have continued to add special playgrounds, care centers, communal dining services, construction of activity centers, and completed the construction of the district administration building, completing the city's first one-stop district-level service center and age-friendly environment; software In terms of physical education, we promote the expansion of the skin care center, parent-child integration at the talent carnival, AI and traffic safety courses at the senior learning center, prevent falls and delay dementia, and parent-child interaction courses in the North District as a children's playground to create a friendlier and healthier administrative area.

It also took the lead in establishing a cross-departmental health promotion mechanism, combining the resources of large hospitals and grassroots clinics to create a complete health care system; establishing multi-functional long-term care bases and Qingyin integrated services to meet the upcoming super-aged society; and introducing smart care technology to promote remote medical care and health monitoring. At the same time, temples and charity resources are used to combine social forces to reduce the proportion of disadvantaged households, demonstrating a model of public-private collaboration. The North District also uses healthy community selection, park renovation and citizen participation platforms to gather residents' centripetal force and integrate health concepts into daily life and urban development.
