中新社西宁9月10日电 (祁增蓓)第四届中国质量万里行·青海质量行活动于10日在西宁启动,现场发布冬虫夏草野生与人工鉴别技术攻关新成果,展示轻量化快速检测设备。

青海是全球冬虫夏草核心主产区,产量占中国六成以上,虫草产业年产值达180亿至200亿元人民币,带动数十万农牧民增收。近年来,人工培育虫草大量上市,外观和野生虫草高度近似,仅凭肉眼难以区分。

中国科学院西北高原生物研究所副研究员江磊介绍,本次发布的攻关成果搭建起“一快一精”两套互补鉴别技术体系。

“快”是基于X射线荧光光谱技术的便携式设备,提取虫草元素指纹,30秒即可出结果,适合收购点、交易市场现场筛查;“精”则是基于二代测序的分子确证技术,解析虫源线粒体基因信息实现甄别,对存放时间久、DNA严重降解、常规手段难以检测的老旧样品,依然能完成有效判定,出具可追溯权威结论。

据悉,整套技术经过8100份盲样测试,整体准确率超99%。江磊表示,此次技术攻关的目的是为了破解市场鉴别难题、补齐行业技术短板,推动虫草鉴别从“凭经验肉眼判断”转向“靠科学数据判定”。
