A 61-year-old outsourced postal driver surnamed Yang from the Zhunan Post Office under the Miaoli Post Office of the China Post Company was hacked to death by a 36-year-old man surnamed Liu near the Zhunan Post Office at around 4 p.m. on the 4th.
