Some subscribers in the Kharkov, Sumy, Zhytomyr and Vinnytsia regions of Ukraine, as well as in the part of the DPR controlled by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, were left without power supply due to damage to the energy infrastructure, the national company Ukrenergo reported on Tuesday.
