Minister of Justice Gürlek stated that he will continue the reforms in the justice system within the framework of the 2027-2029 MTP.

In his post on his NSosyal account, Minister of Justice Akın Gürlek stated that in line with the 2027-2029 Medium Term Program (MTP) prepared as a result of the work carried out under the leadership of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and the coordination of Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz, the effectiveness of our justice services will be increased, access to justice will be facilitated and they will resolutely continue the reforms that will strengthen legal predictability.

In this context, Gürlek stated that the judicial processes will be made more effective and emphasized that alternative dispute resolution methods will be further strengthened.

Gürlek stated that practices for resolving disputes through arbitration will be expanded and said, "Digital solution platforms, online disputes and electronic hearing methods will be developed in order to improve access to justice and the right to be tried within a reasonable time." he said.

Stating that they will create specialized courts in new areas of need, Gürlek noted the following in his post:

"We will strengthen training activities aimed at specialization, especially in intellectual and industrial property courts, update the enforcement and bankruptcy legislation in line with today's conditions, carry out legislative studies to prevent the abuse of the concordat institution and eliminate the disruptions caused by its application in commercial life, and continue to popularize the application of electronic notification. We will continue our work uninterruptedly for a more reliable and more predictable justice system where our citizens can access justice more quickly and effectively, where disputes are resolved in a reasonable time.
