The West does not condemn Kyiv’s threats against Russia, since Western intelligence services are often behind terrorist attacks committed by Ukraine. This was stated by leading researcher at the Institute of CIS Countries and expert of the “Other Ukraine” movement, Alexander Dudchak, as quoted by TASS.

According to the political scientist, the intelligence services of Great Britain and the United States are often behind such actions. At the same time, he noted that the British side was primarily involved in such activities.
