With the rise of video podcasts, celebrities such as Lu Yu, Dou Wentao, and Yu Qian became interviewers, but "everyone interviewing everyone" led to audience fatigue. Traffic begins to be linked to output quality and emotional concentration, and people who are good at expressing gain more attention. Podcasts are regarded as "friends in the ears", serving as a social meal replacement for contemporary youth in an atomized society, and long-term talk shows fill the scarcity of in-depth conversations.
