In 2025, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council released the artificial intelligence "Renewal Community" to create an artificial intelligence open source and open innovation carrier for the whole society. In July this year, the artificial intelligence "Renewal Community" 2.0 was officially released.
Pang Xiaogang, spokesperson and deputy director of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, pointed out on the same day that currently, global technological innovation in artificial intelligence has entered an unprecedented period of activity. The smart economy is accelerating, cross-border integration continues to deepen, and opportunities and challenges coexist. The State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council attaches great importance to empowering the development of central enterprises with artificial intelligence technology. For three consecutive years, the first special meeting at the beginning of the year has been the "AI+" special action deployment meeting.
Dai hope introduced that the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council has released 100 benchmarks for strategic high-value scenarios of central enterprises, covering 20 industry categories such as industry and energy; it has guided and promoted operators to accelerate their participation in the construction of intelligent computing clusters, and the electricity and carbon computing collaborative operation system has reduced computing power and electricity costs by 30%; upgrade the central enterprise artificial intelligence rejuvenation community 2.0, open up the entire "modulus computing" resources of central enterprises, gather more than 30,000 models, 4,000 data sets, build special areas for embodied intelligence, AI security, etc., and support the application innovation of more than 30,000 developers.
Looking forward to the "15th Five-Year Plan", Dai hope revealed that he will promote the development of artificial intelligence to take root in entities and benefit all.
He pointed out that it is necessary to build a solid foundation for industrial development. Continue to increase investment in the computing power network and build an eco-friendly intelligent computing center in a reasonable and orderly manner. Deepen the collaboration of computing and electricity and the integration of computing and networks, accelerate the implementation of more green electricity direct connection projects, and promote the two-way empowerment of artificial intelligence and energy. Continue to iterate the basic model, improve the supply capacity of the entire industry data chain, and consolidate element support.
At the same time, accelerate the application of real economy. With the industrial field as the focus of development, we will continue to build an "AI+" industrial community, give full play to the main support and integration driving role of the "chain leader" of central enterprises, lead the collaborative construction of all parties, reserve more strategic high-value scenarios, and accelerate the large-scale implementation of artificial intelligence on the front line of production, especially in core links.
